The Site offers intimate hygiene products for internal use classified as non-therapeutic cosmetics. They are not medical devices, medicines or food supplements.

Orders are placed through an interface connected to Shopify. Payment confirmation via Shopify Checkout + Stripe constitutes full acceptance of these terms. No card data is stored by Intiviae.

Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the destination country. For Switzerland and non-EU countries, customers remain responsible for any import duties and taxes.

Logistics are handled by CJ Logistics. Delivery times are indicative and depend on carriers and customs clearance. Tracking is shared when available.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt only if the product is new, unopened, in its original packaging and with the hygiene seal intact.

No return is accepted if the seal is broken or if the product has been opened.

For defective products, contact support within 48 hours with photo evidence. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 days after receipt and inspection.

Applicable statutory warranties remain reserved. The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse or use of the product outside its intended intimate hygiene purpose.

Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of habitual residence, contractual relations are governed by the principles applicable to companies established in the RAKEZ Free Zone. An amicable solution will be sought before any dispute.
